Launching healthy meal services is the new craze among health-conscious celebrities, with Beyonce and Cindy Crawford introducing their own foodie products.
Now Hollywood star and lifestyle guru Gwyneth Paltrow is following in their footsteps, with a Line of virtuous ready meals of her own.
The 42-year-old Iron Man actress has teamed up with her best friend and fitness guru Tracy Anderson and business partner Maria Baum to launch 3 Green Hearts.
The locally sourced, organic range includes gluten-free pastas, fish tacos, kale ravioli, quinoa salad, fresh juices and smoothies.
But the toned trio have also catered for those who have a sweet tooth and will be offering customers frosting shots (cups of icing).
Celebrity trainer Anderson told Hamptons Magazine, ‘I’m a major foodie so there’s also going to be frosting shots, but the frosting is made without all the processed things that really hurt us.
‘I’ve figured out how to make the best ******s that have no gluten, no soy, no dairy, no nuts, no eggs – all the main common allergens.’
The ready meals will be available from Anderson’s East Hampton and Water Mill fitness studio ********s to start with a view to expand in the future.
The entrepreneurial ladies hope to evolve the brand to also include green cleaning products and beauty products that are paraben-free.

30-Day Method founder Anderson added: ‘If I can be a part of making it easy for people to eat natural foods and be able to feel like they can lead a natural lifestyle and have it be affordable, that to me is really key.’
Goop-founder Gwyneth recently shared her age-defying exercise secrets with Women’s Health.
The mum-of-two said: ‘Doing some cardiovascular exercise everyday is really good for my skin for detoxification and skin tone and colour
‘I do the Tracy Anderson Method, so I dance for an hour.’
The workout uses light weights (no more than three pounds) and high repetitions of toning moves to sculpt lean muscle.
She also revealed her **** confidence secret, adding: ‘I believe, as cheesy as it sounds, in exercise, laughing, having sex, being yourself.’

Beyonce, 33, recently teamed up with personal trainer Marco Borges to create an on-demand vegan service called 22 Days Nutrition in February.
All of the meals in the plan are all plant-based and delivered once a week, with all ingredients non-GMO, gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and organic.
Meanwhile, runway star Cindy Crawford partnered with Neka Pasquale, the founder of organic Food company Urban Remedy, to create Cindy’s Essentials – a Line of shakes, cold-pressed juices, snacks, meals and even caffeinated beverages that can be consumed in three days or spread out over the course of a week.
‘It’s not a cleanse,’ the 49-year-old said.
‘That’s such a thing, like: "Oh, I’m on a cleanse." But this is just having something as convenient as vending machine Food that’s good for you.’
