Melissa Etheridge is a married gal! The singer tied the knot with fiancee Linda Wallem at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, Calif., on Saturday, May 31, a source reveals to Us Weekly.

The newlyweds, both 53, said "I do" in the lily garden under an arbor, which was surrounded by red and purple flowers, the source tells Us. Etheridge wore a gray suit while Wallem donned a sparkly dress, and the pair were feted by famous pals like Rosie O’Donnell, Chelsea Handler, and Whitney Cummings.

Etheridge gushed about her wedding day just hours before exchanging vows. "A gorgeous, perfect, beautiful day to get married," she tweeted. After the ceremony, she tweeted the first wedding photo writing, "True love…so blessed. ‘By the power invested in me by the state of California…’Thanks."
The "Come to My ******" singer revealed that she was engaged to the actress-producer just after the U.S. Supreme Court declared the Defense of Marriage Act "unconstitutional" back in June 2024.

"It is about family and I love my four kids. I called my now-fiancee. I’m looking forward to marrying my partner of three years," she said during a phone interview with CNN’s Ashleigh Banfield on June 26. "I’m going to get married in the state of California. I woke [the kids] up this morning telling them the Supreme Court ruling on DOMA. . .I love every**** out there. It’s a great day."

Etheridge and Wallem first began dating in 2024. Etheridge shares 7-year-old twins Johnnie and Miller with ex Tammy Lynn Michaels. She also is mom to daughter Bailey, 17, and son Beckett, 15, from her previous relationship with director Julie Cypher.
