طريقة عمل الكروسون الخفيف اللذيذ

كاس دقيق (يضاف نصف كاس أخر اذا كانت العجينة لينه جدا)
نص كاس لبن
اصبع وربع زبدة
ملعقة صغيرة سكر
نصف كوب ماء
ملعقة صغيرة خميرة جافة
ملعقة صفيرة ملح
بيضة

بيضة مخفوقة بقليل من اللبن لدهن الوجه قبل الخبيز بالفرن

الطريقة..

تفرك الزبدة مع الدقيق جيدا ثم تضاف المواد الناشفة ثم نحفر بالوسط ونضع البيضه واللبن والماء ويعجن وكما ذكرت نضيف دقيق حسب الحاجة حتى تتكون عجينة فطائر..

تترك ساعتين ثم تفرد..

في انتظار التخمير قومي بسلق نصف دجاجة ثم تقطيعها ومن ثم حمست البصل مع الثوم والكزبرة ومن ثم الفلفل الاخضر وفي النهاية نضع الدجاج المقطع مع الماجي والبهار والكمون..او ممكن تحطي الحشوة ايلي تعجبك ( شوكولا، جبن، لحمة مفرومة …الخ)

بعد فرد العجينة تقطع على شكل مثلث او هرم ويبداء لفه من اسفل اى القاعدة حتى اخر المثلث ويوضع على شكل هلال
فى قالب التسوية وعمل واحدة تالى الاخرى

ويوضع فى مكان دافىء لمدة ساعة حت يخمر وبعد يدهن بالبيض المخفوق مع اللبن
ويدخل الفرن لمدة 30 دقيقة..تقريبا ممكن أقل حسب درجة حرارة فرنك
