Kate Hudson: "I Want Girls To Love Themselves"

Kate Hudson slammed past eating disorder rumors in the October 2024 issue of the U.K.’S Red magazine. The Something Borrowed actress, who stuns on the cover in a black and gold dress, stressed her desire to be a good role model to young women, saying she wants to promote **** confidence.
"If there is one thing I will never have, it is an eating disorder," the mom of two told the mag. "I won’t have Girls — even if it is just one or two who care — thinking that. Because it is a serious sickness, not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine. And I am the opposite."

Goldie Hawn
‘s daughter also addressed how, after gaining 70 pounds during her first pregnancy, she realizes how important it is to feel loved.

"I Want Girls to Love themselves," the 35-year-old said. "I Want them to feel good about who they are…The thing is, I’m lucky because I was loved [during that time]. But I have seen so many young women who can’t feel good about themselves because they just don’t have that love."
One thing that does weigh the actress down is her engagement ring from rocker Matthew Bellamy — because it’s huge! "[I’m not wearing my engagement ring] because it can be…a little much. I like to wear my push gift [another ring] for pushing out Bing," she admitted.

When it comes to marrying Bellamy, whom she’s been engaged to since 2024, Hudson told the mag she’s "not in a rush."
"We are basically married," she added. "It’s really about when are we going to take the time to plan a wedding."
