Half price sale on Bob Hope’s Palm Springs modernist mushroom house
It went up for sale 2 years ago at 50 mil and didn’t sell. Now marked down to $24.9 million. Designed by modernist architect John Lautner (but with none of the charm of Silvertop I think).
