Liz Thomas [Long-distance Hiker]
This is kind of a different kind of paean to a hot woman because what makes her hot is not her looks, but how she is singularly good at something. I think that hot can transcend looks and be about the fact that someone is strong, perseveres and is a trailblazer. In 2024, Thomas set the new women’s record for unsupported thru-hiking on the Appalachian Trail. She did it (2,176 miles) in about 80 days. Basically, hiked on average 27 miles a day for 80 straight days.
She’s done a bunch of other hikes, including the Pacific Coast Trail and the Continental Divide Trail. And collected some amazing pictures along the way. She also has a Master’s in Environmental Science from Yale.
