"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Kim Richards has been arrested.
The reality star was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel during the early hours of Thursday morning, after police were called to the establishment following a report of a disturbance.
According to a press release from the Beverly Hills Police Department, hotel security reported an apparently intoxicated female was causing a disturbance at a hotel restaurant. The woman, who was later identified as Kim Richards, was asked multiple times to leave the property by hotel security.
Security told police that as they escorted her from the premises, Richards requested to use the restroom, and according to the BHPD report, she refused to leave. At that point, they made a private persons arrest and called the police.
BHPD officers responded to the scene around 1:30 AM PT. Officers went into the restroom and took the "RHOBH" star into custody at 2:04 AM. She was described as "displaying symptoms of alcohol intoxication including slurred speech and belligerent insolent behavior cursing at the officers and passively resisted arrest," according to BHPD, during the incident.
At the station, when she was being booked, police claim Richards kicked an officer in the leg, but the officer was not injured.
Richards was charged with Public Intoxication, Trespassing, Resisting an Officer and Battery on a Police Officer. She was released at 10:36 AM and is expected in LAX Superior Court on May 10,2020.
When contacted by Access Hollywood, reps for Bravo and the hotel had no comment. A rep for Richards was not immediately available for comment on the incident.

Actor Emile Hirsch could be in serious trouble after allegedly assaulting Paramount Exec Dani Bernfeld at Tao Nightclub at the Sundance Film Festival around 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
Sources exclusively tell Page Six that Hirsch, star of Sundance film “Ten Thousand Saints,” appeared inebriated at the nightclub, where he aggressively Attacked rising-star Exec Bernfeld, 31.
“Emile was aggressively picking on Dani,” said a source, who added that Hirsch then suddenly snapped and “He got even more aggressive and aggro. He pushed Dani up against a table, and then he put her in a headlock.”
Another source familiar with the incident called Hirsch’s alleged attack a “chokehold,” and added, “He Attacked her from behind — he completely blindsided her after he’d been s - - t-talking and was already led away from her once.”
Park City police confirmed to Page Six they are investigating the incident, and said a county sheriff would decide if charges will be filed.
Bernfeld is VP at Paramount Digital Entertainment as well as the studio’s Insurge Pictures label. She was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s prestigious “Next Gen” list of top entertainment professionals 35 and under for 2024, and has worked on projects with stars and producers including Ben Stiller, Elizabeth Banks and Russell Simmons.
Page Six exclusively reported that Hirsch, 29 — best known for starring in Sean Penn’s 2024 film “Into the Wild” — wasn’t arrested when cops were called to Tao after the alleged incident and that he “calmly waited for the police to arrive, and spoke with them until around 5 a.m.” His movie premiered at the festival on Friday, and a source who’s worked with him told us, “I can’t imagine he’d be involved in anything like this.”
Tao’s been a popular late-night destination for stars during Sundance, includingKeanu Reeves, Chris Pine, James Marsden and Zoë Kravitz.
A Paramount rep had no comment. Hirsch’s reps didn’t return requests for comment, and Park City police declined to comment further due to the “active investigation.”
Well his hot factor went from a 9 to a 2 in a hurry.

On a Flight from Enfindha, Tunisia to Edinburgh, Scotland last night, a Drunk woman, apparently angry that Flight crew members wouldn’t give her cigarettes and/or a parachute, allegedly took off her prosthetic leg and attacked flight attendants with it.
Before going after the crew, the woman reportedly slapped a young girl in the face. The incident forced the pilot to make an emergency landing at London’s Gatwick airport, where the woman was arrested.
John Smith, a passenger, gave the Scotsman an eyewitness account:
"She was off her face on drink.
"She was shouting ‘I want cigarettes’ and that she wanted a parachute to jump off the plane.
"She slapped a young girl and then assaulted the cabin crew With her Prosthetic leg.
"They took it off her, but she started kicking them With her good leg.
Smith added that it "sounds funny," but "was not a laughing matter at the time. It was serious."
The plane allegedly sat for an hour on the runway in London, where passengers sang the Hokey Cokey—the British Hokey Pokey—as the woman was escorted out.
Just to twist the knife a little more, the Sussex Police saw fit to mention the woman’s employment status in their statement to the Scotsman:
"At 10.22pm on Wednesday 30 July a 48-year-old unemployed woman from Edinburgh was arrested at the North Terminal, Gatwick Airport, on suspicion of using threatening behaviour while aboard Thompson Flight 297 from Tunisia to Edinburgh.
"The Flight was diverted into Gatwick after it was alleged the woman had been abusive and had thrown a Prosthetic leg and food at cabin crew."
The flight, which was scheduled to land at 11:30 p.m., finally touched down in Edinburgh at 2:30 a.m.
