Casino Owner Frank ‘Lefty’ Rosenthal’s Far-Out Vegas Home for Sale

Frank ‘Lefty’ Rosenthal’s Far-Out Vegas Home Lists for $777K

********: Las Vegas, Nevada
Price: $777,000

The former Las Vegas Home of Frank "Lefty" Rosenthal, the late Casino exec, mob associate, and FBI informant whose exploits inspired Martin Scorsese’s Casino, is back on the market for a lucky-sounding $777K. Though some things have changed since Lefty’s day, it’s about as groovy a 70s time capsule as you’re likely to find adjacent to the Las Vegas Country Club.
According to listing agent Brian Burns, Lefty spent around $500K having the three-bedroom reconstructed back in the mid-70s, after it was gutted by fire. The interior was done by designer Stephen Chase, who at the time was working for Arthur Elrod out in Palm Springs.
There have been four owners since Lefty (the current ones bought it in 2024 for $615K), all of which have been intent on "keeping the historic integrity of the Home intact," says Burns. Most of the floors have been redone over the years, though, and a second-floor picture window was added in back. The current owners redid the kitchen with a new backsplash and Caesarstone countertops, and outfitted the dwelling with a Savant smart Home system.

The pieces of wall art in the living and dining rooms, which were commissioned by Stephen Chase when he was designing the interior, are including in the sale, as are the semicircular couch and lamp in the living room, the bedrooms sets, and a bunch of Lefty memorabilia. Also included, according to a 2011 article in the Las Vegas Review Journal: "bulletproof doors and picture windows, a hidden gun compartment," and a "suspected" bullet mark chipped from one of the windowpanes.

If you are looking to use Google Adwords with any of these systems you may want to read the following:

Without question Frank Kern is a cool dude. (He is also good looking which always helps when you’re marketing something).

But putting Frank’s good looks and his coolness aside for a second consider the following:

There are several expensive systems on the market today that will teach you how to use Google Adwords. By expensive we mean up to several THOUSANDS of dollars in cost.

The last one we saw broke the high price down into SEVEN ‘easy’ payments of $297.

That is probably an indication of how hard it is becoming to get people to purchase such high priced systems!

Anyway- back to our point.

If it is so easy to make all of this money with Google Adwords why aren’t these gurus just spending their time posting ads, and making this ‘easy money’, with Google Adwords?

In other words, why are they spending so much time, energy, and resources, trying to sell you digital products that teach you ‘how’ to make money with Google Adwords?

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Laura Gale House in Oak Park Hits Market

Another iconic Prairie style home in the Chicago suburbs designed by
Frank Lloyd Wright is up for grabs. The Laura Gale House (also known as the Mrs. Thomas H. Gale House) is one of 25 homes in Oak Park designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and just one of a handful of Wright homes to hit the market this monthalone. Built in 1909, the five bedroom home is unmistakably Wright’s Prairie style and boasts the usual flat roofline, low-hanging ceilings, a stone fireplace and art glass windows. At some point, the home’s kitchen was gutted and rebuilt with newer finishes and appliances, but the rest of the home appears to be mostly original. The last time the home entered the market was during the height of the recession, listing for $989,000 inSeptember 2024. It sold the following April for $975,000. This week, the home returns to the market with a $1.1 million asking price. Floor plans can be found here.
