Kelly Osbourne has a messy legal fight on her hands after being sued by a landlord who claims she allowed her dogs to defecate all over his luxurious rental home.
The Fashion Police presenter is facing a $50,000 suit over allegations she wrecked the West Hollywood condo she rented until April, 2024, according to TMZ.
In court papers obtained by the ***site, the property’s owner Arshia Refoua claims that his home was left with holes in the walls and extensive damage to the bathroom due to an overflowing bathtub.

He also accuses the 29-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne of destroying the home’s hardwood floors by failing to clean up dog waste and urine before she vacated the property.
The lawsuit comes after Kelly initially launched legal action to retrieve her $18,700 deposit late last year.
The Osbourne clan are famously fond of their pet pooches, with Kelly and mum Sharon boasting several dogs between them.

Fans of their hit reality show The Osbournes will also remember the family’s ongoing problem of having to clean up after their dogs, with Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy often becoming exasperated at being left to constantly deal with their droppings.
Kelly was left devastated back in 2024 after after losing her Pomeranian puppies Woody and Noodles within weeks of each other.
Among her dogs are two more Pomeranians, Sid and Story, and bulldog Willy, who saved her from serious injury in March when he pulled her back from the curb after she stepped into the path of an oncoming car.

Telling fans about her close call on Twitter, she wrote: ‘MyDogJustSavedMyLife we just went for a walk and I fell because Willy pulled me back from getting hit by a car!!!! Then he jumped on top of me to protect me! #WhatAHero!"
Meanwhile, Kelly has another new furry friend in the form of bearded model Ricki Hall, who she has been linked to since early July.
The pair seemingly confirmed their romance earlier this month by sharing an intimate snap of them touching tongues on Instagram, alongside the caption: ”#TasteGood’.
