She’s had more than her fair share of drama over the years, including six court-ordered visits to rehab and several short-lived stints behind bars.
And now troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has reportedly decided to put pen to paper and give fans an inside look into her dramatic personal life thanks to her very first autobiography.
The Mean Girls star – who found famed aged 12 in The Parent Trap – has held a string of meetings with publishing houses to discuss writing the tell-all book, and promised not to hold back on any detail.
This apparently includes finally spilling the truth about a list of her famous lovers which was leaked to InTouch magazine earlier this year and mentioned the likes of Colin Farrell, Justin Timberlake, James Franco and The Wanted’s Max George.
A source told The Sun newspaper: ‘Lindsay held meetings at major publishing houses in London recently – and the stories she promised the literary agents made their jaws drop.
‘She’s prepared to put everything out there and has already proved she’s not shy with the list of men she claims to have slept with.’
It seems Lindsay is finally ready to tell her side of the story after the ‘humiliating’ and ‘unfortunate’ experience of having her dirty laundry aired in public earlier this year.
She admitted the list was written as part of her rehab treatment at the Betty Ford clinic and had been shared without her permission, but has yet to reveal the names of all of her conquests – some of whom were blurred out for legal reasons.
The 28-year-old actress wants a ghost writer to help her with the potential bestseller and has set her sights on high-profile writers such as Fifty Shades of Grey scribe E.L. James or Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling.
The source added to the paper: ‘Lindsay is now looking for a ghost writer. It may seem unlikely, but she thinks she’s in with a shot of getting EL James to work on it – they met recently at [London nightspot] Chiltern Firehouse and got on well.
‘Another pie in the sky idea was that she might persuade J.K. Rowling to work with her.’
As well as her tumultuous love life, the redhead is due to spill the beans about her alcohol addiction issues.
Lindsay has been trying to live booze-free since leaving the Cliffside Malibu Treatment Center last summer, where she turned her life around after being sentenced to 90 days of rehab and 30 days of community labor for crashing her Porsche on the Santa Monica freeway in Los Angeles.
The star also hired the services of a $2,500-a-day sober coach, Doug Caine, to keep her on the straight and narrow and made an effort to cut out toxic friends from her life
