Kesha was sexually, physically, verbally and emotionally abused for 10 years by her producer, Dr. Luke, to the point where she nearly died.
According to a new lawsuit — obtained by TMZ — Kesha claims Dr. Luke was abusive towards her almost from the get-go — when she signed on with him at 18 — and made repeated Sexual advances toward her. She claims he would force her to use drugs and alcohol to remove her defenses.
In one instance, Kesha claims he forced her to snort something before getting on a plane … and during the trip he forced himself on her while she was drugged.
On another occasion, Kesha claims after forcing her to drink with him, Dr. Luke gave her what he called "sober pills." Kesha claims she woke up the following afternoon, naked in Dr. Luke’s bed, sore, sick … and with no memory of how she got there.
Kesha says the alleged abuse led to her eating disorder — a story TMZ broke earlier this year. She claims Dr. Luke said, among other things, "You are not that pretty, you are not that talented, you are just lucky to have me." As we reported, she claims he called her "a fat f***ing refrigerator."
Kesha also says there was physical abuse … once she says he attacked her at his Malibu house where he was "violently thrashing his arms at her." She says she escaped and ran barefoot down PCH and hid in the mountains.
Kesha is asking a judge to let her out of her contract with Luke.
Kesha’s lawyer, Mark Geragos, tells TMZ … "This lawsuit is a wholehearted effort by Kesha to regain control of her music career and her personal freedom after suffering for ten years as a victim of mental manipulation, emotional abuse and an instance of Sexual Assault at the hands of Dr. Luke."
Geragos adds, "The facts presented in our lawsuit paint a picture of a man who is controlling and willing to commit horrible acts of abuse in an attempt to intimidate an impressionable, talented, young female artist into submission for his personal gain. Kesha is focused on moving her life and her career beyond this terrible time."

Kesha is a liar who is making up stories just so she can get out of her legally binding contract with Dr. Luke … and she tried extorting him to boot … this according to a new lawsuit.
Luke filed suit hours after Kesha filed her own lawsuit … accusing him of Sexual and physical Assault over a period of years.
But in Luke’s lawsuit … he says the pack of lies is being engineered by Kesha’s mother, Pebe and Kesha’s new management firm. Luke claims Kesha tried to extort him by threatening to spread lies about him to a blogger who started a "Free Kesha" website unless he released her from her recording contract.
And Luke’s says in his lawsuit he’s had a copy of a draft of Kesha’s new abuse lawsuit for months, and she was threatening to file it if he didn’t release her. In other words, he’s alleging more extortion.
Luke’s lawyer, Christine Lepera, tells TMZ, Kesha’s lawsuit about abuse is part of "a campaign of publishing outrageous and untrue statements," calling the allegations scurrilous.
Lepera says Kesha and her mom have already admitted the statements are *****.

LAS Vegas (AP) — Singer Chris Brown faces another battery accusation just days after he performed at an after-party to the weekend’s much hyped boxing match, which was also billed as the kickoff to his residency at the Drai’s nightclub.
Las Vegas police said Brown, 25, is suspected of beating a man who was found at the Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center at 3:42 a.m. Monday.
The man said he was playing basketball at the Palms Casino Resort when he got into a verbal argument on the court with the singer. He claimed Brown punched him and, as he was preparing to defend himself, another person with the singer also hit him.
The man took himself to the hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries and released.
Las Vegas police said they went to the hotel after they were called to the hospital but didn’t locate Brown.
Authorities say they have given Brown the option to sign off on a misdemeanor battery citation or have the case turned over to the Clark County District Attorney’s office. As of 2 p.m., police said Brown has not responded.
Officer Larry Hadfield said signing off on the citation is not an admission of guilt but an acknowledgement of the accusation. Similar to accepting a traffic ticket, the accused would be given a court date in Clark County Justice Court scheduled for months from now.
Police said the investigation continues but declined to address the other person with Brown who also allegedly hit the man.
"We haven’t cited any****. We have not had the opportunity," Hatfield said.
The incident happened at the Palms Casino Resort, which features a basketball-themed luxury suite for $25,000 per night, officials said.
The 10,000-square-foot Hardwood Suite features an indoor basketball court, locker room with a gym shower, "NBA-sized" beds and 24-hour butler, according to the hotel.
A hotel spokesman deferred all other comment to police.
On Saturday, Brown performed a sold-out show at Drai’s nightclub atop the Cromwell Hotel as after-party entertainment to the much anticipated boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao. He also attended the fight at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
At his show, Brown reportedly commanded $100 and $200 cover charges with table reservations with bottle-service ranging in price from a $2,000 minimum for a small four-seater as far away from the stage as it can go, to at least $20,000 for a table in the middle of the action.
The full-length concert was also billed as the launch to Brown’s new residency at Drai’s. His next show in the series of concerts is scheduled for July 4, according to an announcement.
The statement sent Sunday also said Brown is expected to celebrate his birthday at the venue’s night time pool party on Tuesday.
The troubled R&B singer was freed from probation for felony assault just six weeks ago. In 2024, Brown pleaded guilty to a brutal attack on his then-girlfriend, the singer Rihanna, hours before the Grammy Awards.
Brown’s legal woes have since been in the spotlight.
His probation was revoked briefly, in January for performing in Northern California without permission and in 2024 for a fender bender filed as a hit-and-run case. He was also charged that same year with misdemeanor assault in Washington.
In February, Canadian immigration officials also refused to allow him into the country, forcing him to cancel two shows, and British officials blocked his entry in 2024 forcing the cancellation of four performances.
Brown’s attorney and publicist could not immediately be reached for comment.

suspect in a battery investigation after allegedly pushing an LAX airport employee last night, TMZ reports.
However, today TMZ reports that the employee was acting as a ‘amateur paparazzi’ who was taking pictures of Martinez and his wife Halle Berry, as they made their way through the Tom Bradley International Terminal on Sunday.
In video footage of the scuffle, Martinez, 48, is seen holding up an empty child car seat to use a barricade between himself and photographers.

As they come through a set of double doors, the airport employee is seen holding up a cameraphone taking pictures of Martinez, before falling to the ground after he collides with the car seat.
Martinez was standing in front of his wife Berry, who was holding their one-year-old son Maceo, and her six-year-old daughter Nahla as they walked through the crowds.
TMZ report that amid the scuffle an airport employee was pushed to the ground, after Martinez allegedly shoved an empty car seat towards him, making him fall backwards, at around 13:45 on Sunday afternoon.

The employee is then said to have been taken to a hospital where he complained of abdominal pains.
He has now filed a battery report against the French actor.
The family had just arrived back from a Christmas trip to Paris.

Martinez married Berry at a ceremony held at Chateau des Conde in Vallery, France in July last year.
The pair began dating in 2024 after meeting on the set of ‘Dark Tide’ and announced their engagement in March 2024.
