Whoa baby! Britney Spears shared a stunning photo of herself looking fit and toned on Friday, July 10, silencing any haters of her changing physique once and for all.

In the Instagram snap, the mother-of-two is seen grabbing onto a wheel while doing an intense yoga backbend, her forearms planted all the way on the floor behind her and her feet raised up to her tippy-toes.

“Namaste,” the 33-year-old singer captioned the shot.

Earlier this year, Spears made headlines when she shut down a fat-shaming heckler during her Piece of Me show at Las Vegas’ Planet Hollywood in April.

During a performance of her 2024 hit “Till the World Ends,” someone in the crowd yelled “Fat bitch!,” to which the singer quickly snapped back into her microphone, “F—king a—holes!”
The pop star has worked hard to maintain her famous figure over the years — in December, she opened up to Women’s Health to explain how her regular diet and fitness routines have changed.

“Dancing is great cardio workout,” she told the magazine at the time. “Tough and fun at the same time.”
