Tina Turner Recovering From A Stroke, Report

Tina Turner is Recovering after suffering a stroke, several German and Dutch publications are reporting.
The rock and roll legend reportedly is now improving and her driver, Albert, is quoted as saying “Tina had to cancel her holiday to recover, she has already managed a smile for her partner Erwin Bach.”
Last February it was widely reported that the ‘Proud Mary’ singer, 74, had suffered a stroke. Her friend, Oprah Winfrey then tweeted a denial, saying,”Tina had a bad flu weeks ago. She’s recovered. And LIVING life! “
Turner has made her home in Switzerland for several years. She lives there with her much younger German music executive husband, Erwin Bach.
Prince Jaime de Bourbon-Parma, cousin to King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands, is selling his Amsterdam condo so he can assume his duties as Ambassador to the Vatican (Holy See). Supposed to be anywhere from EU550K-650K. He and his wife Princess Viktoria will be taking their little girl, Princess Zita with them. It’s really small, but I could totally live there.

Dutch Mountain by Denieuwegeneratie
Amsterdam-****d young studio Denieuwegeneratie has designed the Dutch Mountain project. Completed in November 2024, this two story Contemporary Home is located on a “historical agricultural plot amidst hayfields and woods in a nature reserve, a – for Dutch standards – hilly area.”
As y’all may know, we’ve been residing in The Netherlands for several years now. We’re still not familiar with all Dutch traditions but we’re getting there. The newer ones are easier to keep track of, like this one that started about 4 years ago. A city is picked where a grand spectacle is organized around Easter, called "The Passion". It’s a modern rendering of the last three days of the life of Jesus, with a storyteller, a procession by the public and the story acted and sung by Dutch celebrities, using excisting Dutch modern songs. Its set-up is more spiritual than religious. Last year we watched the live event on TV for the first time, liked it despite not understanding most of it because there was some seriously good singing in it, so this time we watched again.
