Tom Hanks’ son Chet Haze defends his use of the N-word

If I say the word n**** I say it amongst people I love and who love me. If I say “f*** yall hatin a** n*****” it’s because that’s really how I felt at the time. And I don’t accept society getting to decide what ANY**** can or can’t say. That’s something we call FREE SPEECH. Now I understand the older generation who grew up in the Jim Crowe era might have strong feelings against this. And that’s understandable.

“But what I’m saying is this is2020 … We have reached a point where the word can no longer have a negative connotation if we so choose. And who is to say only black people can use it? The way I see it, it’s a word that unifies the culture of HIP-HOP across ALL RACES, which is actually kind of a beautiful thing. It’s a word that can be used out of camaraderie and love, not just exclusively for black people. What’s the point in putting all these built up ‘rules’ about it. It’s time to let go. You can hate me or love me for it, but can’t no**** tell me what I can or can’t say. It’s got nothing to do with trying to be a thug. It’s about the culture of the music … Some people will get it, some people won’t. Either way, Ima keep living my life however the f*** I want. ALL LOVE.

“Look, I know the majority of y’all are not gonna get this because the history is still so fresh in our country. But hip hop isn’t about race. It’s about the culture you identify with. And can’t no one tell me what I can’t say.”

(Story from TMZ):

Tom Hanks‘ rapper son Chet Haze is being disrespectful to black people by throwing the N-word around … so says a rapper friend of his who also happens to be black.
Scrilla King — who has collaborated and performed with Chet in the past — tells TMZ, he recently ended their 6-year friendship, because of Chet’s desire to use the n-word.
Scrilla says Chet’s black friends are very uncomfortable when Chet uses the word saying, "It’s disrespectful. He thinks it’s a joke."
He adds that Chet, "He wakes up thinking he can be black today and know what we go through. He doesn’t. I wake up black every day, he does not."
Scrilla thinks Chet owes the black community a public apology.
It’s interesting … Chet posted a video Tuesday in which he says using the n-word is "an unspoken thing between people who are friends and understand each other."
At least one of his friends (now ex-friend) doesn’t understand Chet.

Angel Haze Talks Ireland Baldwin Relationship: ‘We’re Not Friends, We F***’

Angel Haze has spoken out about her relationship with Ireland Baldwin and made it clear that despite being labelled as ‘friends’ by certain parts of the media, they are most definitely romantically involved. The US rapper started dating the model daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin after the pair were introduced by Ireland’s cousin at New York Fashion Week.

Ireland Baldwin and Angel Haze But Angel, who plays Glastonbury this weekend, remains amused that they are still referred to as ‘friends’, despite the pair regularly uploading affectionate snaps of each on Instagram.
“I don’t know if there’s like some confirm or deny thing with the way relationships work in the media, but everyone just calls us best friends, best friends for life, like we’re just friends hanging out,” she told The Independent. “It’s funny. It’s rad in some ways, it sucks in others.”
“There are still certain limitations for women,” she said. “If we were two guys, it’d be insane, negatively insane with the attention. With us it’s all being very positive, the media are like, ‘Oh they’re so cute, they’re best friends.’

And Angel didn’t hold back when it came to spelling out that her relationship with Ireland is anything but platonic.
"An interracial gay couple, I mean that’s just weird for America right now," she said. "We f**k and friends don’t f**k. I have never f**ked one of my friends. Once I see you in that way, it doesn’t happen.

“But we do f**k and it’s crazy and that’s weird to say because I think about it in terms of an audience reading it and them thinking, ‘What the hell?’ But it happens.”

Earlier this month Angel and 18-year-old Ireland all but confirmed their relationship after sharing a major PDA outside the Sweet Butter Kitchen in Sherman Oaks, California.

They were spotted getting all touchy feely as they left the restaurant with a group of mates.
So, just to confirm, Angel Haze and Ireland Baldwin are in a relationship. Got it? Good.

James Franco Calls Out Story About Him Living With Actor Scott Haze as "Homophobic Scoop"
خليجية

James Franco is not the type to sit back and keep quiet.

The Actor took to Instagram today to call out Gawker (again) for an article he referred to as "homophobic scoop," after it highlighted a New York Times article that said Franco lives With a man (friend and co-star Scott Haze, to be exact).

"But theirs is the kind of relationship—somewhat ambiguous, seemingly gay, probably romantic—that almost always sends The New York Times into a bizarre moral panic," the article read.

So, Franco poked fun at the Story on his Instagram by posting a screenshot With the caption, "GAWKER – always getting the cutting edge, homophobic scoop!!! Go see CHILD OF GOD in theaters and see me direct my live-in boyfriend, Scott HAZE!!! Love you SCOTT!!!!"

The Gawker article was sparked by Franco’s interview With the New York Times, in which he promoted his latest film Child of God alongside Haze during a night out With writer Jacob Bernstein.

"Mr. Haze and Mr. Franco met About a decade ago when they were acting students in Los Angeles. They are now so close that describing them merely as friends would be a disservice," the article stated, and ended by noting, "By now, it was 12:30 a.m. and Mr. Franco was clearly fading. An assistant pointed him and Mr. Haze to two waiting town cars. Mr. Franco expressed surprise, since they needed only one. ‘We live in the same place,’ he said."

Franco’s sexuality has been a topic of conversation for quite some time now, and he doesn’t mind it one bit.

Last year, the Pineapple Express star told The Daily Beast during an interview that hewishes he was gay. "’Great! Bring on the gay jokes! because these aren’t insults at all,’" he began to say referencing his roast that occured at the time, "I don’t even care if people think I’m gay, so it was like, ‘Awesome!’ I mean, I wish I was…I wish I was gay."
