A video has popped up on LiveLeak of a woman who appears to be ESPN Reporter Britt McHenry dressing down a Towing Company employee, making fun of the woman’s features, and using the “do you know who I am?” argument.

It’s unclear what exactly made the woman who looks like McHenry so mad, but she is furious. At one point, she looks directly at the security camera. Some select quotes:

“I’m in the news sweetheart, I will fucking sue this place.”

“So I could be a college dropout and do the same thing?”

“I’m on television and you’re in a fucking trailer, honey.”

“Lose some weight, baby girl.”

Update (2:14 p.m.): On April 6, McHenry tweeted about getting her car towed in Arlington, Va., while she was eating dinner. The original tweet’s deleted, but an ARLnow article preserved it.

Update (3:43 p.m.): When asked for comment, a spokesperson for ESPN said, “We are aware of a recent exchange between Britt McHenry and a Towing Company employee. We are now reviewing the matter with her.”

Update (4:24 p.m.):
McHenry has apologized:

Update (4:56 p.m.): The parking lot attendant was actually an Employee at a Towing company. The headline and **** has been corrected to reflect this fact.

Update (5:09 p.m.): ESPN has suspended McHenry for one week.

The ad was condemned by viewers, who took to social media to express their disapproval.
Adam Johnston wrote: ‘It always amazes me how large companies manage to screw up ad campaigns. Your marketing department is taking a bath on this one.’

‘What the hell were you thinking hiring this plastic has been wannabe ?????? You idiots’ wrote Toni Ellis.
Last month, Sealord announced it was cutting 97 jobs at its Nelson wetfish factory, which is about 13 per cent of the total workforce.

Some users criticised the company for spending money on celebrities at a time when they are making workers redundant.

‘How much did she get paid ??’ wrote Sandra Mclean. ‘How many staff could that have kept in employ ?’
Libby Bruhn wrote ‘I won’t support a company who would rather spend thousands of dollars on that crap then spending in in our own country and she comes across like she is taken [sic]the piss.’

Sealord responded to the criticism with a post on their Facebook page that announced they had scrapped the original commercial.

‘We heard you NZ! You told us that you loved our REAL fish but not Heidi Montag. So, we listened and changed our TV Ad to star only REAL people.’

Some users claimed it was all part of an elaborate scheme.
Courtnay Adele wrote:’Seems like a bit of a marketing scheme to me.’
Wendy Slieker said: ‘Perfect marketing campaign. Get people hating the ad and then change it citing public feedback.’

Sealord were unavailable for comment at the time of publication.

Utah Mom Complains Over Gay Kiss In Local Play; Theater Company Responds Perfectly

Utah Mom Complains Over Gay Kiss In Local Play; Theater Company responds Perfectly

"Deathtrap" may have debuted more than 30 years ago, but one Utah mother was "disgusted and infuriated" by a surprise gay Kiss in the plot after seeing the Ira Levin play at a Local theater.

The un****d woman wrote an angry letter complaining to Chris Lino, the managing director of the Pioneer Theatre Company on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City, after she and her son attended a recent performance of "Deathtrap." She apparently thought Lino’s playbill should have provided a content advisory about the same-sex kiss.

"I am normally calm, mild-mannered, and don’t get upset, but last night, at the close of the first act of ‘Deathtrap,’ I was infuriated with the explicit, homosexual display on stage because I had brought my teenage son to see the seemingly innocuous play," she wrote in the letter, reposted to Facebook by Pioneer. "I realize that, unfortunately, you feel you must appeal to an insignificant minority of patrons by offering ‘edgy’ material. I regret that you feel that way. I have wasted many tickets the last two years by choosing NOT to attend plays that were offensive and vulgar."

The woman wrote that she left at intermission and demanded a refund.
Her letter continued thus:

I am appalled that you could not have simply stated: homosexual content. I have NEVER been so disgusted and infuriated! I was livid. I know your ticket sales clerk and manager are not responsible, and they handled the situation well. I had read and reread the content advisory to make sure it would be suitable to have my teenage son attend. I anticipated that he would appreciate the suspense, intrigue, plot twists, and mystery. The decision on the theatre’s part not to divulge repulsive content was irresponsible and negligent! You have that responsibility to your patrons.

Pioneer also posted Lino’s response, in which he reasoned that no content advisory was provided because the Kiss is a major plot twist and would have spoiled the show for other patrons. He also said he does not consider a gay Kiss "edgy."

Lino took note of the mother’s fuss Over the Kiss and her apparent lack of concern Over the murder plot line.

"You object to the kissing, but not to the fact that they’re murderers?" he wrote. "You are comfortable with your son witnessing an enacted murder, but not a same-sex kiss? In both cases, it’s just make-believe, but how is a play that depicts murder, whether it’s a contemporary murder-mystery like ‘Deathtrap’ or an immortal tragedy like ‘Macbeth,’ morally acceptable while the depiction of a fairly innocuous, albeit same-sex kiss, is totally unacceptable?"

Lino offered to refund her "Deathtrap" tickets and said he would mark her records with "Do Not Contact" for future plays.

Apparently, the anonymous critic was not alone in thinking a gay kiss merits an advisory. Brian Urie, a Salt Lake City parent and media watchdog, agreed.

“Somewhere I’d like some standardization before taking my kids to live theater,” he told Fox affiliate KSTU.

Jessica Alba isn’t afraid to rule with an iron fist.
In order for the actress and entrepreneur (who turned 34 Tuesday!) to take her business The Honest Company to soaring heights, she’s had to be a straight-talking lady boss.
"I’m straight to the point. I’ve made people cry," the Sin City: A Dame to Kill For actress said in her May cover story in Moremagazine. "I have to say, ‘This isn’t personal. This is what needs to get done, and it’s just as simple as that. And … we’re not crying anymore.’ "

The wife and mother of two also said she’s learning to tone herself down when it comes to managing her eco-friendly empire, which offers natural goods, including cleaning materials, diapers and skincare products that are free of harmful chemicals and toxins. (They’re working on an organic tampon.)
"My [business] partners are men. Whenever I say something that’s kind of against their intuition, they go back and talk to their wives," she said.

She added, "And then their wives usually agree with me. So that’s how we get stuff done over here."
Balancing a billion-dollar business, a family and an acting career, Alba isn’t one to shy away from new challenges.
"I didn’t want to wake up and kick myself for not pursuing something I believed in," she said in the interview. "I couldn’t wait to reject the status quo, punch it in the face and kick it to the curb."
