Held down, kicking and screaming, Charda Gregory had her Hair cut forcibly cut off by police officers in Warren, Michigan while she was in their custody.
Gregory was tied to a chair at the time her Hair was removed:[Gregory], 22, had allegedly trashed a hotel room. She was taken into custody by Michigan police, then pepper sprayed in jail, slammed against a wall and strapped down to a chair.

While there is video of the incident, the police monitoring system does not have audio.Video of the detention area but outside the holding cells shows Najor pushing Gregory against a wall. Officers then strapped her into a chair. Najor yanked Gregory’s head back and spent 3 minutes Cutting off the Gregory’s Hair and Hair weaves as she writhed in the chair.
The officer who cut Gregory’s hair, Bernadette Najor—a 10-year police veteran—tried to justify her actions, by calling Gregory’s Hair a suicide risk.At many jails, prisoners are required to remove Hair extensions that clip in because they could be used as a weapon or to commit suicide. But [Gregory] didn’t have clip in extensions. She had a weave that was sewn right into her real hair.
Warren Police Commissioner Jere Green said there was no need for Gregory’s Hair to be cut, especially once she had been restrained in the chair. "The video clearly shows she’s intoxicated. Unless I’m blind, I don’t see where she’s offering any resistance whatsoever," said Green."I concluded that this was an unnecessary or unreasonable use of force. She doesn’t think she did anything wrong," the commissioner said. "We can talk about policies and procedures, and that’ll be argued at some point in arbitration. I’ve been here long enough to know this is (the difference) between right and wrong – and that was wrong."
The actions of three of the four other officers remain under investigation to determine whether they violated department policies. None of them were suspended and they remain on active duty, Green said.
Najor was subsequently fired; however, a Warren’s police offcers’ union is challenging that decision. They have filed an arbitration to contest her termination.
At this time, the original charges Gregory was arrested for been dropped.
Gregory’s lawyer, Paul Misukewicz, said his client suffered permanent damage from having her Hair ripped out forcibly. "I guess the best way to describe it would be sadistic. There’s absolutely no reason for it. And it’s demeaning," Misukewicz told WXYZ-TV.
For her part, Gregory said she went to a party in Detroit and woke up in the hotel room, believing she had been drugged. "She had a couple of drinks, then woke up in a strange place. Didn’t know how she got there, completely disoriented, said Misukewicz.
Gregory summed up the encounter with Officer Najor simply: "She’s a very horrible person,"she said.

private Instagram messages with J.Lo’s 27-year-old boyfriend last week, and
claims to have screenshots saved of the messages and photos to prove they were
flirty online, Confidenti@l has learned.

The editor of TheDirty.com, Nik Richie, tells us transgender bikini model Sofie
Vissa has reached out to him asking for money to sell her tale. She also sent
proof — in the form of screenshots of her alleged Instagram chats with Smart,
which he has since allegedly deleted from his own account history.

“I can confirm she has naked images of Casper Smart and Casper has nude images
of (Vissa),” Richie tells us.

Casper Smart and Jennifer Lopez were close at the annual GLAAD Media Awards in
April in L.A.

A person who claims to be Smart direct-messaged Vissa, from the choreographer’s
official Instagram account, also commenting on Vissa’s bikini pics, writing, “I
just thought you were a tiny, skinny Asian girl with big boobs LOL.” The
following post says, “Ur not.”

The person posting from the account also sent her a private message reading: “I
wanna see more what else ya got?” in response to a sexy bikini shot she posted.

The Dirty’s editor, who in July 2024 was the first to expose former New York
mayoral hopeful Anthony Weiner as a sexting fiend, tells us that Vissa also has
naked pics J.Lo’s beau sent her and is ready to spill all.

“She’s trying to sell her story. She has naked pictures of Casper that were part
of their direct-message conversation,” Richie says. “They were communicating
last week on May 19. I’ve seen them.”

The Instagram messages soon turned more intimate, with the duo contacting each
other soon after through **** messages, Richie claims.

“She certainly has a plan,” Richie says. “She seems adamant to tell her
story. Casper told her he wanted to communicate not so publicly. Why is he such
an idiot? He can’t tell her he likes her pictures, because people will see, so
they are ****ing. I don’t think he knows she’s a man.”

The site has since posted pictures of Vissa, posing in a bikini, while Smart has
been in Puerto Rico flashing his abs while playing in a celebrity flag football
match at the Hiram Bithorn stadium in San Juan.

After we contacted Smart’s rep, his Instagram account appeared to be edited and
a few private videos of him and J.Lo were deleted, along with selfies of the two
and charity work Smart has recently done.

Lopez’s rep did not return requests for comment. Smart’s rep says there is an
impostor out there going by @beausmart, but confirms Smart’s official handle is
@beaucaspersmart, the one from where the messages allegedly came from.

There’s one activity you should never, ever do in super-tight denim, her doctor warns.

What’s the most dangerous item of clothing in your closet? Maybe those studded heels you tried (and failed) to walk in on New Year’s Eve? Or how about … your Skinny jeans?

For one Australian woman, a form-fitting outfit apparently led to a four-day Hospital stint, the Associated Press reports.
The unidentified 35-year-old showed up at Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia complaining of tight, numb legs that left her unable to walk properly after she’d worn Skinny Jeans while helping a family member move for most of the previous day.

It turns out that all the squatting associated with moving, combined with the restrictive pants, caused swelling, nerve blockage and muscle damage in the patient. She Actually had to have the Jeans cut off in order to receive treatment.

The case was outlined in the Journal of Neurology, Neurosurgery and Psychiatry in a study titled “Fashion victim: rhabdomyolysis and bilateral peroneal and tibial neuropathies as a result of squatting in ‘skinny jeans,’” which explained:
“[S]he had been helping a family member move house. This involved many hours of squatting while emptying cupboards. She had been wearing ‘skinny jeans’, and recalled that her Jeans had felt increasingly tight and uncomfortable during the day. Later that evening, while walking home, she noticed bilateral foot drop and foot numbness, which caused her to trip and fall. She spent several hours lying on the ground before she was found. … [H]er Jeans could only be removed by cutting them off.”

(She’s reportedly OK now, BTW.)

It’s not the first time Skinny Jeans have caused a problem for wearers, either — reports of the dangers of extremely tight clothing have been around for years.
Now, we know even the risk of nerve damage probably isn’t enough to tear you away from your favorite pair of Skinny jeans.
So take a pro tip and save the squatting for another trend: yoga pants.

Ray J arrested for grabbing a woman’s ass, proceeds to spit on cops

Ray J made contact with a woman’s ass at a swanky Bev Hills hotel, and that’s why someone called the cops to report a sexual battery … which led to a violent confrontation and his arrest.

The Beverly Hills PD tells us Ray J was in an altercation Friday night at the Beverly Wilshire hotel bar. He somehow made contact with a woman’s butt and that’s why cops were called. They determined it was NOT a sexual battery — the contact was "incidental."

Apparently Ray J was asked to leave and all was ok, until he got to the valet area, where cops say he became belligerent and then refused drive off.

Hotel security made a citizen’s arrest and BHPD cops obliged and took Ray into custody.

TMZ broke the story … Ray kicked out the back ****** of the police vehicle and spit in an officer’s face.

He was booked for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer.

Check out the video … it’s Ray J leaving jail and he clearly wasn’t fazed by the whole thing.
