Michael Lohan’s girlfriend claims he’s threatening her with a knife and threatening to take their infant son — and now police are on scene … TMZ has learned.

Kate Major blasted Lohan on Twitter Monday evening … claiming she had to lock herself and their one-year-old son Landon in a bedroom while a knife-wielding Lohan tried to break down the door.

Cops in Boca Raton, FL tell us officers have responded to their house … and are talking to Michael and Kate right now.

Sources close to the couple tell us Michael is the one who Called 911 when Kate started acting erratically … and locked herself in the room.

We’re told officers want one of them to leave the house immediately — but Michael isn’t budging because he thinks Kate is drunk … and doesn’t want to leave her with the baby.

We just spoke to Michael who claims Kate’s been drinking again … and it got so bad she tried to kill herself over the weekend. Lohan tells us he’s worried about the welfare of their child and says he’ll attempt to get custody of their son if she doesn’t get help.

During Kate’s twitter rant … she addressed the suicide saying, "Someone trying to kill u is worse than trying to kill yourself ! #udontscareme."

Kate also vowed to never let Michael take their son away from her.

Update 7:25 PM PT — Police have left the house. No arrests were made … so, should be a fun night at the Lohan corral.

Update 11:20 A.M. PT — Kate just told TMZ she lied about the threats, saying "I regretfully tweeted while my emotions were high that I was being threatened by Michael with a knife, this was not the case." Major tells us she made it up because she feared Michael would take her son away.

Michael Lohan went ballistic and brandished a knife last night during his fight with Baby Mama Kate Major saying, "I’m going to kill you, bitch!" — at least that’s what Kate told Cops — but Michael’s 911 call tells a different story.

TMZ has obtained the police report regarding the altercation last night at Michael’s Florida house … after Michael Called 911, claiming Kate was drunk and acting erratically around their one-year-old son.

According to the report, when police arrived, Kate told them Michael had *****ly accused her of drinking around their Baby and a fight broke out. That’s when Kate claims Michael grabbed a knife and threatened to kill her with it.

Kate told police she locked herself in a bedroom to get away from him … and he tried to kick the door down. When he failed, Kate claims Michael went outside to the bedroom’s sliding glass doors and made stabbing gestures at her.

Kate claims she tried to call police … but her phone was broken … even though she still managed to send out a bunch of tweets.

Police spoke to Michael too — he denied threatening Kate in any way — and his 911 call paints a very calm and calculating picture … almost like he and Kate have lots and lots of experience calling 911 on each other.

President Barack Obama and New York Mayor Bill de Blasio publicly asked that the Funeral of fallen NYPD officer Rafael Ramos be a politics-free event. They were begging the question, of course: any issue specifically raised by both the president and the mayor is de facto politicized by virtue of such mention alone. Ramos’s death — he was one of two Cops killed in a Brooklyn ambush — was unavoidably situated in this mercurial political moment surrounding police violence and counter-violence against cops. Apolitical was never an option.

A strange point of unwitting agreement then emerged between Protesters and police. Protesters refused to pause Their politics around the funeral. Marches continued, hundreds strong in New York and beyond, and a "die-in" was staged in Grand Central station the day after de Blasio asked that they be halted. A sizable contingent of the NYPD performed its own act of political demonstration: Several hundred Cops turned their backs on the mayor as he spoke during the Funeral service for Ramos, a renewed and spectacular assertion of the view, amplified by New York’s largest police union, that the city was attacking its cops. The Protesters wouldn’t stop or pause, and nor would the police. But one of these acts of defiance was far more dangerous than the other.

The individuals who continued to protest ahead of Ramos’s Funeral were acting against claims that such demonstrations problematically disrespected the deceased officers’ mourners. As I wrote at the time, it was right that a protest movement struggling for more than an end to police impunity, but nothing short of demanding that black life be valued in this country, not be derailed by the actions of one revenge-fueled gunman.

The NYPD officers who Turned Their back arguably did a more spectacular job of derailing the Funeral service from commemorating Officer Ramos and politicizing the event. But the signification of the act is troubling, and goes beyond disrespecting De Blasio. These cops, under the auspices of Their powerful union, showed with Their bodies what they do in the face of even moderate criticism: They turn Their backs. It is without question criticism of the NYPD that they were acting out against — specifically mild and reasoned criticism from a mayor, who has also been careful to heap praise on the force, too.

Police commissioner Bill Bratton and former mayor and NYPD enthusiast Rudi Giuliani only deemed the cops’ display "inappropriate." This was more than a violation of decorum, though: hundreds of officers, led by Their representatives, brazenly dissenting from a reasonably and moderately critical city leader is a worrying display of intransigence and belief in Their own unassailable moral stance. It is a message from behind the thin blue line that those hoping to see serious change in New York policing and beyond should take to heart. In the face of disruptive popular protests after numerous police killings of unarmed black men and teens, in disregard of studies showing racist patterns of police harassment and arrests, politicians have finally responded this year to say that something must change. But what hope remains for effective reform, let alone structural change, when in the face of reasoned criticism, police dig in Their heels, claim they are under "attack" and, quite literally, turn Their backs? It is the behavior of a bully, tongue out and fingers in ears when reprimanded. But this bully is an armed force.

If police impunity accorded by the legal system is a problem, then the fraternal culture of reactionary defensiveness is a corollary obstacle to anything like justice. Consider all the police in Ferguson and elsewhere donning "I am Darren Wilson" in support of Mike Brown’s killer. This is frightening, because a force resistant to criticism is immune to change. This is the challenge that efforts to end police brutality face; banging heads against a blue wall. If police officers cannot see how they are read as a force for violence in many communities, then they can only act as enemies to those calling for an end to police violence; Cops cannot end a brutality they do not, or will not, see. Even the slightest comprehension that De Blasio’s very tepid calls for police reform may have some basis would have stopped an officer turning his or her back at that funeral. But hundreds displayed no such comprehension at all.

Idaho bill would allow doctors or cops to refuse service to LGBT people on religious grounds

An Idaho Republican can’t think of anyone in his state who has been forced to render aid to a gay or lesbian person against their will, and he’d like to keep it that way.

Rep. Lynn Luker outlined a proposal Tuesday backed by his conservative Christian allies to shield religious people from the threat of losing their professional licenses for refusing service or employment to anyone they conclude violates their religious beliefs.

“This is pre-emptive,” said Luker, a Boise Republican. “The issue is coming, whether it’s 10 years, or 15 years, or two years.”

Idaho requires professional licenses for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, attorneys, social workers, firefighters, police officers, real estate agents, and insurance providers.

He cited efforts by LGBT activists in other states to end discrimination against them – including two cases where same-sex couples in Oregon and New Mexico were denied service at a bakery for their wedding cake or wedding photographs – as his motivation to act quickly in Idaho.

Unlike those two states, Idaho’s Human Rights Act offers no protections for LGBT people, and Republican lawmakers have resisted efforts to include them.

The Cornerstone Family Council is backing Luker’s proposal, which is now awaiting a full hearing, to prevent the state from passing laws to block people from “living out their faith.”

“The free expression of religious freedom is no longer understood for what it was intended,” said Julie Lynde, executive director of the conservative Christian group associated with Focus on the Family. “There’s a double standard against people of traditional religious faiths.”

The Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses oversees 29 boards that issue licenses in a variety of fields.

If Luker’s proposal is passed into law, it would prevent the bureau or boards from revoking the license of any professional who declined “to provide or participate in providing any service that violates the person’s sincerely held religious beliefs.”

However, Luker noted, emergency personnel couldn’t refuse to treat someone and does not authorize the “the intentional infliction of emotional or physical injury.”

He also added that the measure protects only an individual’s license, and that employers would not be prohibited from firing workers who violated workplace policies.

A spokeswoman for the state’s American Civil Liberties Union said she couldn’t think of any previous issues this bill would address.

“This is a solution searching for a problem,” said Monica Hopkins, executive director of ACLU of Idaho.

According to police docs obtained by TMZ … Mia Talerico began receiving threatening messages last month on her Instagram — including one reading, "Die Mia, F**king Die in hell! Kill yourself, you deserve to die."

The suspect then sent a picture of Mia’s head with a bloody fist covering it … with this message, "Yes, kill you stupid bitch."

Mia’s mother contacted Disney security … LAPD’s Threat Management Unit got involved … and now Cops are making a full court press to track down the suspect.

Held down, kicking and screaming, Charda Gregory had her Hair cut forcibly cut off by police officers in Warren, Michigan while she was in their custody.
Gregory was tied to a chair at the time her Hair was removed:[Gregory], 22, had allegedly trashed a hotel room. She was taken into custody by Michigan police, then pepper sprayed in jail, slammed against a wall and strapped down to a chair.

While there is video of the incident, the police monitoring system does not have audio.Video of the detention area but outside the holding cells shows Najor pushing Gregory against a wall. Officers then strapped her into a chair. Najor yanked Gregory’s head back and spent 3 minutes Cutting off the Gregory’s Hair and Hair weaves as she writhed in the chair.
The officer who cut Gregory’s hair, Bernadette Najor—a 10-year police veteran—tried to justify her actions, by calling Gregory’s Hair a suicide risk.At many jails, prisoners are required to remove Hair extensions that clip in because they could be used as a weapon or to commit suicide. But [Gregory] didn’t have clip in extensions. She had a weave that was sewn right into her real hair.
Warren Police Commissioner Jere Green said there was no need for Gregory’s Hair to be cut, especially once she had been restrained in the chair. "The video clearly shows she’s intoxicated. Unless I’m blind, I don’t see where she’s offering any resistance whatsoever," said Green."I concluded that this was an unnecessary or unreasonable use of force. She doesn’t think she did anything wrong," the commissioner said. "We can talk about policies and procedures, and that’ll be argued at some point in arbitration. I’ve been here long enough to know this is (the difference) between right and wrong – and that was wrong."
The actions of three of the four other officers remain under investigation to determine whether they violated department policies. None of them were suspended and they remain on active duty, Green said.
Najor was subsequently fired; however, a Warren’s police offcers’ union is challenging that decision. They have filed an arbitration to contest her termination.
At this time, the original charges Gregory was arrested for been dropped.
Gregory’s lawyer, Paul Misukewicz, said his client suffered permanent damage from having her Hair ripped out forcibly. "I guess the best way to describe it would be sadistic. There’s absolutely no reason for it. And it’s demeaning," Misukewicz told WXYZ-TV.
For her part, Gregory said she went to a party in Detroit and woke up in the hotel room, believing she had been drugged. "She had a couple of drinks, then woke up in a strange place. Didn’t know how she got there, completely disoriented, said Misukewicz.
Gregory summed up the encounter with Officer Najor simply: "She’s a very horrible person,"she said.

Alec Baldwin has been arrested.

The volatile actor was handcuffed by police officers in New York on Tuesday and taken away in a squad car, according to In Touch with one witness telling the publication Baldwin ‘went ballistic on the cops, screaming at them’ during the incident which led to his arrest.

The New York Police Department confirmed to MailOnline that Baldwin was stopped at 10.15am Tuesday riding his bike the wrong way on Fifth Avenue, at the corner of 16th Street.

He was approached by officers because he was riding the wrong way and asked to provide ID which he didn’t have on him. Officers said that he then started to argue with them and was taken into custody.

He was taken to 13th Precinct where he was identified and given two summons – one traffic violation for riding the wrong way and a second for disorderly conduct.

He has been released.

By the time he was cuffed he was ‘calm and quiet’, an onlooker told In Touch.

Eddie Cacho, a hairdresser at Dramatics NYC Salon, saw the commotion going on outside by the parking meter. He told MailOnline today that he saw an older gentleman handcuffed and still sitting on his bike. He was being spoken to by two female NYPD officers, who appeared to be Latino and in their twenties.

Mr Cacho said the man, later identified as Baldwin, seemed sombre, was not animated and was not resisting arrest. He was in handcuffs on his bike for around ten minutes.

A man who identified himself only as Kim, who works at the flower stall attached to Regale Deli, said he saw the man looking angry and animated before his arrest. He said the whole thing took 20 minutes from start to finish. By the end, two additional NYPD cars had turned up as back-up.

Drew Exis, who works for the city managing traffic flow, took notice when he saw the extra police cars arrive. He saw a man being cuffed and have his head being put down as he was put in the back of the car and driven down Fifth Avenue.

Balwdin was alone at the time of the arrest and is reported to have been cycling for exercise.

In the pictures, obtained by In Touch, he can be seen wearing shorts, a jacket and a visor as he is led into the car by a female police officer.

Ray J arrested for grabbing a woman’s ass, proceeds to spit on cops

Ray J made contact with a woman’s ass at a swanky Bev Hills hotel, and that’s why someone called the cops to report a sexual battery … which led to a violent confrontation and his arrest.

The Beverly Hills PD tells us Ray J was in an altercation Friday night at the Beverly Wilshire hotel bar. He somehow made contact with a woman’s butt and that’s why cops were called. They determined it was NOT a sexual battery — the contact was "incidental."

Apparently Ray J was asked to leave and all was ok, until he got to the valet area, where cops say he became belligerent and then refused drive off.

Hotel security made a citizen’s arrest and BHPD cops obliged and took Ray into custody.

TMZ broke the story … Ray kicked out the back ****** of the police vehicle and spit in an officer’s face.

He was booked for trespassing, vandalism, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer.

Check out the video … it’s Ray J leaving jail and he clearly wasn’t fazed by the whole thing.
