News Station accidentally Airs Penis Pic Amid Crash Coverage

These may be some of the most mortified faces you’ll ever see.

Amid coverage of a helicopter crash in Seattle, Wash., Tuesday morning, Fox Denver affiliate KDVR intended to broadcast some Twitter photos from the scene which were presumably being piped in from someone’s computer in the control room.

While they did find at least one photo of the crash, they also accidentally aired a very not-safe-for-work photo.

After the first relevant picture from Seattle, the hosts stumbled when a picture of Edward Scissorhands popped up onscreen. That, in turn, was hastily replaced by a photo of an entrée resembling an omelette, which, after one more click of the mouse, was swapped out for a picture of an exposed penis.

Though producers instantly cut from the photo, the hosts’ reactions leave little doubt about what happened.

In a statement to The Denver Post
, Fox31 News Director Ed Kosowski acknowledged the mishap.

"We are going to make a public statement," he said. "We are not ready to comment about any potential action against employees. That’s a personnel matter."

A more thorough explanation and apology are said to be forthcoming.

9 year old child accidentally kills gun instructor with uzi

9 year old child accidentally kills gun instructor with uzi

CNN) — A shooting instructor is dead, the victim of a gun-range accident. A 9-year-old girl is surely traumatized. And plenty of people, including many gun enthusiasts, are asking: Why give a child a submachine gun to shoot?

The deadly incident occurred Monday morning at a gun range in Arizona that caters to Las Vegas tourists, many of whom drive an hour from the gambling center to fire high-powered weapons.

Charles Vacca was accidentally shot in the head as he instructed the 9-year-old girl how to fire an Uzi, an Israeli-made 9mm submachine gun. As she pulled the trigger, the gun jumped out of her left hand toward Vacca, who was standing beside her.

"To put an Uzi in the hands of a 9-year-old … is extremely reckless, " CNN law enforcement analyst Tom Fuentes said.

Gun experts contacted by CNN on Wednesday said young children should be taught to shoot with single-shot firearms rather than submachine guns.
They also said that safe learning is connected to the ability and experience of the instructor.

"It’s always the supervision," said Greg Danas, president of Massachusetts-****d G&G Firearms. "But you also have gun enthusiasts running businesses where they place firearms in the hands of the uninformed, whether they’re 9-year-old kids who are not capable or adults. It all stems from gun enthusiasts running businesses that require a level of professionalism and education. The unexpected with firearms is something that’s only learned through years of being a trainer, not a gun enthusiast."

Representatives of the gun range declined CNN requests for comment on the incident. But Sam Scarmardo, who operates Bullets and Burgers, told CNN affiliate KLAS on Tuesday they "really don’t know what happened."

"Our guys are trained to basically hover over people when they’re shooting," Scarmardo said. "If they’re shooting right-handed, we have our right-hand behind them ready to push the weapon out of the way. And if they’re left-handed, the same thing."
Vacca had his right hand on the girl’s back and his left hand under her right arm when he was shot.

CNBC co-anchor Simon Hobbs accidentally ‘outed’ Apple CEO Tim **** as gay

CNBC co-anchor Simon Hobbs accidentally ‘outed’ Apple CEO Tim **** as gay

CNBC co-anchor Simon Hobbs accidentally ‘outed’ Apple CEO Tim **** as gay

The TV reporter was caught up in a discussion about the rarity of openly gay CEOs when he said, ‘I think Tim **** is open about the fact he’s gay.’

Simon Hobbs is likely wishing he could press rewind.

The CNBC co-anchor spoke too soon during a live segment of "Squawk on the Street" Friday when he accidentally outed Apple CEO Tim ****.

New York Times columnist and CNBC contributor James B. Stewart spoke about his recent column dealing with the "tortured life" former BP chief John Browne led as a closeted gay CEO.

"I just found it very, very fascinating," Stewart said about Browne being the first CEO of a Fortune 500 or FTSE 100 company to publicly acknowledge that he is gay after being outed by a tabloid.

Shortly after, Browne resigned from BP in 2024.

"Of course, there are gay CEOs in major companies," Stewart continued. "I reached out to many of them."

Upon speaking to the closeted gay CEOs Stewart was aware of, he realized how none were willing to be identified although their initial interaction was pleasant.

"I got an extremely cool reception," he recalled, adding that "not one would allow to be named at all."

"I think Tim **** is open about the fact he’s gay at the head of Apple," Hobbs said. "Isn’t he?"

An awkward silence followed as Hobbs quickly realized his snafu.

"Hmm, no," Stewart said shaking his head.

"Oh dear, was that an error?" Hobbs asked. "I thought he was open about it."

While **** has been candid about his support of LGBT rights, he has never publicly spoken out about his own sexuality or addressed Hobbs remarks.

"I applaud @WhiteHouse decision to ban #LGBT discrimination at fed contractors," he tweeted June 17. "House must act on #ENDA. A matter of basic human dignity."

Confirming Hobbs error, co-anchor David Faber said, "Wow, I think you just … yeah."

Still Hobbs tried to conceal his mistake by saying, "I think he’s very open about it."
